Q:. What do I need in order to use the drum samples?
A: All of our drum samples come in NKI (Kontakt) TCI (Slate Trigger) and WAV formats.
Q:. Is there any way to use the drum sample NKI's without owning the full version of Kontakt?
A: Yes. You can use the Kontakt Player (free) to use the NKI's (will time-out after 15 mins if you don't own full Kontakt 5).
Q:. When will I get my order?
A: The download links will be delivered within 24 hours. This is done manually, although in most cases files are delivered immediately. Please check your junk mail and ensure that you have entered the correct e-mail at checkout.
Q:. Can I get a refund?
A: Due to the nature of digital products, we can not offer refunds. Although if you are unhappy with any of the products you have purchased from us, please contact us and we will strive to resolve any issues.
Q.: Are the drum samples processed (mix-ready) ?
A: The Ultimate Snare Bundle snares have been semi-processed so they can be loaded up and sound incredible straight away. You can still tweak them with EQ and Compression to bring out different characteristics and mould them into your sound.
The Hybrid Acrylic Kit samples are semi-processed and are ready to be loaded into your mixes. They will take on further processing well.
The Studio Maple KIt comes with raw and processed versions. The raw drums are designed for the user to manipulate them in any way they desire. The processed drums are designed to sit perfectly in rock/ metal mixes.
